Hi, I need to transfer my license to a client could you remove this from my account so that my client can register the license please.

Hi Matt,

My client has tried to register the purchase code via the Wordpress admin dashboard and they are receiving a notification that reads.

‘We have entered this code and it comes up saying “your code is valid, but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account”, with a Manage Licenses link.’

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! Your clients needs to register an account in APEX (https://theme.co/apex/) first before using the licenses code. Once they’ve registered, they can assign the license code (https://theme.co/apex/licenses) to their site before they can login in their WP dashboard and use the license code to validate the theme.
