Hi, I need to transfer licenses to a client. Can I get them unlocked?

That’s no problem. Does your client have an account with us already? If so, all you’ll need to do is go to your licenses page and click the little padlock icon next to the license, to unlock them, here:
If they do not have an account already, then we will need to create the account for them and move the licenses over manually. As it would be inappropriate to just create an account without the persons permission, please ask them to email us at [email protected], with the subject FAO Matt - Account Setup. In the email, they should provide the following:
- Desired username
- Desired password (this can be changed later)
- Full name
- Display name
The account will be linked to the email address that they email in from.
Hope this helps, and I’ll be happy to get the licenses moved over upon receipt of the above info, if needed.
