Transfer License to a New Account - Need URL

Hello,

I’d like to transfer a license I’ve purchased to a client. I know how to unlock the license but I don’t know where to send the client to create an account.

Can you please point me in the right direction?

After unlocking the license code, please ask your client to go to this page to create his/her account.
