I have a client that we are trying to upgrade to PRO, but don’t have access to their license.
The license was purchased under a previous company years ago from Themeforest. It was my company, but I don’t have access to any of the account info. The name was OCS Web Services. I think the username was ocsweb or ocswebservices.
We’re redesigning the site and want features of the PRO version to use in development. Can you transfer the license over to my account?

In this case, to transfer the license, please ask the client contact to the old company to do this:
Log in to their Apex ocsweb account.
Go to the licenses pages (https://theme.co/apex/licenses).
Choose the license you want to transfer to the client.
In the license code, find the “Unlock This License” icon
Once the license is unlocked, it is now ready to be transferred or registered to another user.
