Transfer License error

Hello,
I am trying to transfer a license to another account, I have already unlocked the license in the source account and when I want to add the license in the destination account it shows me the following error:

“Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code.”

How can we solve this?

For confirmation, may I know the purchase code you’re transferring? And please provide the destination account information, like username and email.
