Transfer License Assistance

How do i transfer a license to a client? Do they need an Apex account?

Hi there,

That is correct. But as you will need to have a purchase key to create an account you need to get back to us with the information below using Secure Note.

The Name of the Client
The Username for the Client
The Client Email
The Purchase Key and the Domain which you want to move from your account

We will follow up the case after you submit the information above here in a Secure Note.

When i try register the Apex account for my client it says the purchase code is already in use

How do i fix this?

Hey there,

I’ve removed the license from your account now, so your client (or you on their behalf) can set up an account using it now.
