Transfer Content from Nulled to Premium Theme

One developer created a website for my client using X nulled theme. Now the client has rehired me and want me to develop the same design but using a premium x WordPress theme.

So I would like to know about any possible way using which I can import the same design right from the nulled theme without any malware or any malicious code?

Love to get your assistance on this topic.

Thanks for writing in!

We can’t guaranty about the exact design that will come to the new site as we are not sure if the developer has changed any code from the or not.
You can try deleting the theme and reinstall a fresh copy of X theme without touching the database and other plugins.
If the developer has changed or customized the theme file then there is possibility of break in layout or the new theme may not work properly.

Technically it should work as it is if there is non change in code.

If I upload a new theme is there any chance of getting a malware because the nulled theme have it. Also I’m not able to activate the theme. It is giving me an error

Hi There,

As I said we cant guaranty regarding your setup, The malware may exist in theme or any plugins too.
Sometime it affects to WordPress core file too. I would like you to scan the whole website for possible malware attack before using the new theme.
We can’t help more on this as this is something out of our theme support scope. Just clean your site then after use the theme, so that you can avoid any possible malware code in the site.
