Tracking User Behavior With Uber Menu

Hi there - We use the Uber Menu. You can see the menu on our site at https://www.mitegen.com/ once there click Products at the top. You’ll see the Flyout Menu.

We would like to track the user interaction with the menu. For example, how many times the menu was triggered, the click statistics on each link in the menu.

I searched the forum as well as the SparkSeven help docs (see https://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3) And didn’t see anything.

I have some ideas on how to track some of this, but am seeking guidance. For example, the triggering of the menu might be an event in Google Analytics, perhaps a behavior flow report would tell us more, etc…

Our site uses Google Analytics, Uber Menu Version 3.7.1, Theme X and Cornerstone.

Note this knowing this user behavior will be useful in reorganizing the flyout menu.

Thanks
Tim

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @ruenel Thanks for that info. A somewhat related question. Since the uber menu is bundled with the theme, do we have any access to support at Spark Seven?

Thanks
Tim

Hey There,

Support and update is provided by us so you do not have access to their support unless you would buy a license with them directly.
