Tour is experiencing a responsive issue.
When clicking on any of the tabs it does not load the content when on a mobile device.
I have tried this using the Twenty Seventeen theme which works perfectly.
Could someone please advise?

Regretfully, this is a currently know issue with Visual Composer in X which does not have a solution yet. For now, please replace it with X Tabs either using the shortcode version or the VC element version.

There is no temporary workaround as of yet, the visual composers have scrolling feature which also conflicts with the theme’s scrolling. This is not an issue before, but due to ever-changing features of the visual composer, then this isn’t preventable. But yes, at least a fix should be applied and as of now, there is none since this is more related to core features which we as support can’t alter or fix.

When you mention the theme scrolling are you referring to the to top button?

Hey Samuel,
The theme scrolling @Rad refers to is the anchor or link smooth scrolling of X. It’s embedded in the JS file so it is hard to alter nor override that is why there is no workaround. We need to wait for an official fix.

I have noticed we do not have the smooth scrolling plugin installed.
So I am assuming this is an issue cornerstone and the scroll to top anchors.
Could you advise how we can add child theme files to patch this until an official update is out?

The new version is now available for manual updates. Could you try cloning your site into staging and test the new version there?
This kind of fix isn’t possible for child theme since it’s a javascript.
