Touchy 3.0 Menu - clash - Bonfire

Hei there. I have just updated the cornerstone and Touchy menu V3 to the latest versions, but now I cannot edit my pages in Pro Version 1.2.7. It comes up with the ‘there may be a plugin clash’ etc warning.

There are no other plugins needing updating

Do I have to downgrade to get things working again? TBH I quite often have pages not open to edit, or they take a long time, so Im starting to look for other platforms that work faster.

Hello There,

Thanks for posting in! Please make sure that you are up to date.
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 2.0.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

By the way, if you are using Pro, you do not need Cornerstone plugin. You have to deactivate it because it is already integrated in Pro theme.

Please let us know how it goes.

ha, I see. I just looked for the update button, but it is not an option.

I have a multisite installation. when I look at plugins and themes there are no updates available. And when I look at the Pro Overview it says there is a new version, but there is no update option.

What is the best way to trigger the update? Just overwrite via FTP?

Ok, I updated the Pro installation, Cornerstone is not active, but I still had to downgrade Touchy Menu to or Pro would not let me edit anything

Hello Allan,

To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look?

To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thank you.

Ok, Done - note, I have downgraded Touchy right now so I can work

Hey There,

Cornerstone may not work because you have exhausted your PHP memory. We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

Please also keep in mind that Cornerstone does not support Polylang plugin. This could also be the conflict with Cornerstone.

We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
