Touch not working consistently on mobile navigation

Hi X Theme,
I have recently changed my clients mobile menu from dropdown as a recent update meant it was going off the screen to the right.
Now I have a problem in that when you use the menu on a phone sometime the first touch works but sometimes it doesn’t, This happens on the menu items and also on activating the sub menu.

I have tried the modal and layered menus and found the same issue.

Can you help.

Hi Tamsin,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I tested your site in couple of android devices and iOS emulators and I can’t seem to replicate the issue on my end. The touch works fine for menu and sub menu items on my end. Can you please specify the iOS and browser you’re testing in so we can try replicating the issue? This seems like a device specific issue.

In the mean time, try clearing all caches including your device browser’s cache. This will help you to avoid any potential errors and see if this resolves the issue.
