Topbar transparency issue and Font size not responsive

HI,
Im stuck on 2 issues on my site https://rebeccakennedynutrition.com/

1- On mobile, I , for teh life of me , have tried to get my text to become responsive in my first section, ie Initial COnsulatation page or FOLLOW UP Consulatation. But no matter if I change font size, on the responsice tab… it seems to get stuck on a font size for mobile and doesnt fit in. Please view https://rebeccakennedynutrition.com/initial-consultation/ and also https://rebeccakennedynutrition.com/follow-up-consultations/ as examples on a MOBILE device

2- I have looked a few posts but still cannot get my topbar to become 50% transparent when scrolling starts. I am using ICON stack so the option is not there in theme options.

Upon checking your website, I cannot check the initial and follow-up consultation page because the website is still under construction. If you wish us to look at your website, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
