I want to enable shortcodes in topbar to place subscription button there.
I’ve looked through the threads and found out that _topbar,php should be in “x/frameworks/views/global…”
but strangely there is no such file in my theme folder.

Please take a look at this directory instead: x/framework/legacy/cranium/headers/views/global
