I update the site to the latest of everything. No caching at all.
The site runs fine but when I went in to add a top separator for a section, it adds in initially when I switch it on and switch between the different type but changing the percentage parameters takes away the separator completely and has no effect from there on in.
Could you please confirm this is not only me?

You’re welcome. The issue is actually related to slide based options like the Text Column Setup > Maximum Columns.
