my top scroll anchor isn’t working. Please see site: http://jamieharrisonmusic.com and note that nothing happens when you click on the top scroll anchor.
I don’t know where to edit this, can you please help so that it works again.

Thanks for asking. 
When I opened the website, scroll to top was disabled. Under theme optioned panel I activated the same. I can confirm that the scroll to top is not working and upon clicking the button in dev tools it’s showing up few error messages.
Based on the error message I further investigated and can see that you are using old version of X Theme (5.2.4). On the other hand you are using latest version of Cornerstone. Please see screenshots

Kindly note that the version of X Theme and Cornerstone you are using are not compatible with each other. In that regards I suggest you to please update X Theme. I am sharing relevant resources that you can refer to update X Theme:
