Top part of header to be transparent

Hello,

I can’t figure this out, but how do I get the background in the green arrow transparent so that the picture below it in the second container is used from the very top of the page… https://www.screencast.com/t/SFleNX8KvZs

I tried making container 1 transparent background but that didnt’ work…

I’m using the latest xpro release…
