Top of the page hidden behind header after scrolling

Hello. At https://waarder.dorpenwijk.nl everything looks good until I scroll the page: The content is hidden/ covered behind the header of the website and it is not possible to scroll the content dow until under the header anymore. How do I solve this issue?

So initially, the page loads fine. he problem starts after scrolling.

I have checked your Header and found that the Shrink Amount is set to 0. I would suggest you set the value to 1 and check if that resolves your issue.
