Top Nav Bar has disappeared and I can't get it back

I had Polylang plugin running - I had since deactivated it and the same issue still persists
The menu looks like this:

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that there is an issue with cache and custom Header Assignment Priority. You have set the Priority as 19, I went ahead and set it as 0. Please have a look at your site now. I would also recommend you please purge all the cache of the WP-Rocket plugin and temporarily deactivate the plugin then check it again.
