The top menu is not working right in this page, smaller text as well as the top menu itself is different than in other pages. Please help.

Thanks for providing this information. I have checked the page and it seems that Cornerstone plugin is not active. Do you have any caching plugin? Please make sure to clear all your plugin caches and purge any site caches especially if your hosting server has a caching feature.
