I have installed 2 demos, Nonprofit and Integrity 5, and the top menu keeps appearing on my desktop as a hamburger on the right. I can’t figure out how to get it to appear uncollapsed as it appears in the demo. ??
Thanks for asking.
I tried opening your website that’s attached in your licence manager page but it’s asking for login details. Can you please share login details in a secure note with us so we can take a closer look?
In the mean time, please try removing any custom CSS and JS code. Can you please confirm wether or not you have Superfly menu installed on the website as does has hamburger menu function? If yes, please uninstall the same and see how it goes.
I’m working on a test site, http://cacommunityenergy.org/cacetest/ (I’m not sure how to send you a secure note.) I actually found that the problem is only in the preview, looks like the menus are OK on the page. Just a nuisance, sorry thought it was real.
I have logged in and checked your font settings. It turns out that you are only using inherit which means that it will use the font settings being used for the body or in the default settings. Please check a font family instead.
To know more how you can apply the typography settings and the Font Manager, please check out this knowledge base article: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/customizer-typography/134, https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/font-manager/101
Hope this helps.
Makes no sense, my settings say I selected Lato, see screen shot.
Sorry for the confusion, please work on the X > Theme Options > Typography, as we kind of keeping away from Appearance > Customize
Please follow this documentation on how you can properly utilize the Font Manager
