Top menu closes

Hello,

I noticed this issue for sometime now and decided to reach out. Their seems to be a glitch in my top menue. It is such that if i hover over the menue and then try to select something it is very sensitive and closes before i have a chance to select anything.

It works fine for the first level, but the sub level on the menue items is the issue.

It loads the items to the left but if the mouse moves to the area between left items and main menue items it closes all the the menu.

Also, does the theme have other menue designs?

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your menu behavior because when I test it on my test environment they are working fine.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY
