Top menu does not stay in position when more menu items are added or when page is resizing down.
Doesn’t seem to want to slide above header image.

The issue is because your logo is too big. The logo and menu cannot stay side by side on 1 row when screen size is resize. To avoid that, you might need to adjust the logo size. Please see the screenshot on where to adjust it.
