Top level menu items with dropdowns not working on iPad (Continued)

Hello! We’ve gotten more information from our client on the last closed topic we had. Hey @rtysmith,

We can’t view the video. Please transfer it to Youtube or upload it directly to your website and provide the URL so we can view it directly.

Please also provide the URL of the site and ensure there is no third-party plugin or any custom code affecting the menu. To do that, deactivate all 3rd party plugin and remove custom codes while we investigate. If that cannot be done, please copy your site over to a staging server.
