Top/bottom seperator type SVG margin/padding broken

Hi there,Top/bottom seperator type SVG margin/padding seems to be broken as seen on attached picture.
This happens on multiple browsers and screens.
This also happens on all my x theme installs.
I’ve manually corrected it by adding margin-2px but i should not have to.

try Zoom 125% on chrome to replicate the issue
