The top bar on a clients site is not displaying even with the top bar is activated in the header builder. Same goes for the header widgets as well. I’ve tried clearing caches, browser cache, finding the selectors for it and adding CSS but that hasn’t worked either. Sorry if this is a simple fix, I haven’t found any info in the forum addressing this. All help is appreciated. Screenshots attached. The website is https://bigskylibrary.com/

Thank you for reaching out to us. Topbar in the Theme Options is a part of original headers, since you’re using a custom header, Topbar won’t be available in headers that are created using Header Builder. You’ll need to add another Bar in your header as a Topbar.

Oh okay, gotcha! That makes way more sense, is there a specific way to go about creaing a top bar with the header builder or would just going in and adding a new bar work? Thanks for the help!

You will just have to edit your custom header and add another bar that will serve as your topbar. Perhaps, these video tutorials could help you in creating a better header.
