The way this top bar works, It shows the progress and the subject / section… Its amazing in how to it works with navigating the page. Is there a way to design something like this in X?

Regretfully that isn’t a feature offered by Pro. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this.
