Tooltip to show without having to hover over the element

Hi there!

I would like to know if its possible to have a tooltip showing without needing to hover over the button element I have created.

So at the moment you need to hover over the element to show the text. As I have multiple tooltips on the page, I want only one to be always open so the user understands what the buttons are for.
