Tooltip/popover on new image element?

What is themeco’s suggested method of adding a tooltip or popover to images (or other elements) when using V2 elements?

Pro 1.2.4 or cornerstone 2.1.4

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully tooptips and popover to V2 image element is not available at the moment. We’ve added this as a feature request so it can be taken into consideration for future development.
