Hey @sairafi,

I checked on a newer iPhone 12 and older iPhone 7 and the toggle works.

What version of iOS and Safari are you using?

Note that we only support the browser versions that WordPress supports. You can see them here https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/

Thanks.

Hello @sairafi,

I am another staff, I checked your site on my phone (iPhone 7+) it seems that it is working fine at my end. I would suggest you please purge all the browser cache and then check it again. It would be best if you could check it in the private mode of the browser.

If the issue still persists at your end please let us know.

Thanks

Hi Prakash_s,

i have already clear cache . i am not saying its not working. its working when the whole page loaded
or after complete the video buffering. it should be working when page loaded not what until video buffering on the page.

Check this one in safari on mobile

Hello @sairafi,

You really have to wait for all of the resources to be loaded by the browser before you can click on the Toogle menu. It will not open if you click on it as soon as you open the page. The theme do not have any control over that. It is the browser that loads the resources before it can execute any JS script for the page.

Hope this makes sense.

Tell them that’s understandable.

However, in Safari for bizarre reasons, if you have video buffering it halts the toggle menu event, even if all the other resources downloaded successfully.

This behaviour is producible only in the New Safari browser with Cornerstone Toggle Menu.
That’s why we shared different website with complete different hosting set ups.

Hey @sairafi,

I’ve updated to Safari 15.2 and the menu still works. Could this be happening only on your phone? Please try testing on other iPhones if you have a chance.

Thanks.

Hi here is link where you can see another phone issue in iphone 7

Hey @sairafi,

It looks like what you’re doing is you swipe down fast resulting in the reloading of the page. In iOS, you must give the page some time to load before the menu will work. There is no getting around that, regretfully.

Thank you for understanding.
