I increased the PHP Memory Limit to 512MB. I am still having to hit try again 4 or 5 times to get a page to load for editing in pro.

Regarding your power pages, I opened I experienced the issue you described. It looks like it is caused by the amount of sections or contents in the page. I created a test page at https://www.advancedbiology.com/x-support-test/. It only has one element in there and it loads fine.
If the problem is not memory it could be other factors such as server response time and whether Keep Alive is enabled. I ran your site in a pagespeed test tool and it says Keep Alive is not enabled in your site and your server is slow.
I do have a test site in a slow server but Keep Alive is enabled and I have no problem in building and editing content.
Try contacting your host to enable keep alive if they haven’t already.
If you have the time, it would also be helpful if you replicate your site in other web hosts like pantheon.io or poopy.life. You can setup a free test site in there.
