Since the News page is done by Default and I cannot edit it and like I need to add some Blog Page to show the news of VR Health projects for that reason, I was searching about how to do it…

You can create a separate page named blog and add the Classic Recent Post element or Recent Posts shortcode using the Raw Content element to show the posts into that page as a blog page.

Hi Everyone
I just install Essential Grid plugin and I saw that this one has a lot of features.
Since I only need to add a Blog Page( to add info about our VR Health project) and link it to the Blog Menu option.
Now, I am going to remove the News Page and create both Blog menu and page to add this info, for it, Could you teach me how to do it by Essential Grid plugin?

Sorry to bother you again but I am confusing myself.
I am trying to do the steps according to this link :

After I opened the Create New Grid option, on my screen appears Naming, Source, Grid Settings tabs, and so on, and the Default option is Naming but when I clicked the Source option( for example and the others ones is the same) nothing occurs, for it, Could you see what the problem is?

You need to select the source of the data i.e post in your case. Please find the screenshot describing the settings.
Please let us know if you are seeing something else, if that is the case, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I am sorry for my ignorance but I was googling about how to downgrade to the previous WordPress version and I saw I should do a backup of my website to avoid losing everything I built until now, for it, Could you advise me about the best way to do it?

I did the Back-Up website and downgrade to Wordpress 5.5 and the Essential Grid plugin is working well with this WP version
