Titles of rows?

Do the titles of the rows in cornerstone show up in the code? I would title them to make it easy to know what is in that row, but want to use specifics that I would not want to be visible or searchable

Title of rows and sections will not be visible to front end, neither show up in the code nor visible or searchable.
