Hello.
I did a seo checkup to my website with this tool: https://www.seotesteronline.com/
In the results i found this:

Hi Antonis,

When adding button or links, please make sure you add a title attribute.

or if you are adding it in your content.

That was for the classic button element. There is no option of adding title in V2 elements because the title attribute is typically used for contextual help in more complex applications, but has almost no real-world use these days anymore, especially for standard websites. There is a misconception that it can help with “accessibility,” but it is not read aloud by screen readers, so blind users will not even hear it if implemented. Also, with the rise of touch-screens and mobile browsing, it has become essentially useless in these regards. The title attribute has fallen victim to an unfortunate combination of poor browser support, poor screen reader, support and poor authoring practices.

The best practices for links are simply well-written link content, not adding the often problematic title attribute. In fact, WordPress itself has been removing the use of the title tag from within their admin interface even. The link title attribute can be used to provide additional details for mouse users, but should not be relied on as the main source of information scent.
