Im using latest versions of Core, Themes and all Plugins, except js_composer (still no update avail thourgh though Apex).
When editing text, i usually get “Headlines 1…” on the top left select box - mine is empty.
What am i missing here?

If you are updated, you could try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
I am using latest version too, but I can see those options:
In case the issue persists and you do have any custom code JS codes, try removing those code and then check again. If this does not work please share your site URL so we can check if there’s any error.

Try removing custom functions in your functions.php. The issue is not caused by X as it is available on our end.

Does not solve it; even if i disable the whole child theme it’s not working…
Sorry for the confusion. It’s available outside of VC.
It only doesn’t work inside of VC. Please uninstall Visual Composer and install again via X > Overview. After that, clear all caches including browser cache and your web host’s cache if applicable then check again.
