Is there a way to tile the background video instead of stretching it if the section becomes too long? Or if not is there a way to change the way it stretches or do something to keep it flooding the whole page without stretching beyond recognition if the section gets too long?

Video background are not like image background, It just embed in the page and content goes on the top.
In case of image, image used as background and which can be repeat instead of stretch.
In case pf video, only thing you can do is set it as auto size that it won’t stretch but you can’t make it as repeat.
