How do I add a Tiered Navigation Bar similar to below? 
I want to add sub menu navigation bar just like the picture for my different pages.

This will need extensive custom development for X which is out of our support scope and you will need to hire a developer to achieve that view.
We have Pro product which makes it possible to add multiple menus in the header. So you will add the main menu and a separate menu for each sub menu. After that again you will need custom development to Hide/Show proper menu on each menu selection.
