This morning I am greeted with this note in the wp-admin Dashboard.
If I click on that “Fix” link, it opens the X\Validation screen with the message “You’re almost finished!”, and description:
“Your license of X is not validated . Place your Envato purchase code or Themeco license to unlock automatic updates, access to support, and Extensions. Learn more about product validation or manage licenses directly in your Themeco account.”
When I click on “manage licenses” link, it opens Themeco | Dashboard with no mention of the license.
I expect you to provide clear instruction on what to do. I do not want to go via Forum posts and read various suggestions.
If that has been caused by a “phone home” code in the X theme, then it is your obligation to fix it with minimal involvement from my (your client) side.
It would be most regretful if my website’s function is affected by this problem.
Please expedite.
