Hey Guys,

I found this weird error. When adding content using the text element inside cornerstone, it causes some error that won’t allow me to access the website for a while.

Could you please help me out?

Thanks

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! It seems to be a hosting related issue as I can see that your site is functioning properly now. Refer (https://snag.gy/O0J83N.jpg).

Thanks!

Yes it goes back up after an hour or so. However I still can’t create or add new content using the text element on cornerstone.

Hey,

Contact your host provider and ask to check the permissions of the X folders and Cornerstone folder, they must be with the chmod 755 permissions to work properly.
