This element can not render because Contact form 7 is not active

Hi guys,

I create a website with some forms (contact form 7). My forms were visible but just few day after… I dont see them and i have the following message in pro editor
“This element can not render because Contact form 7 is not active”

But contact form 7 is indeed active in the “extension menu” and in the “approved plugin”.
All my plugins, theme et wordpress version are updated and no error in my forms… you know why I view this message?

Hey @cpennetier,

Are you using the Contact Form 7 element or you added the CF7 shortcode in an element? Please give us the URL where you added CF7 form so we can see the setup.

There might also be a 3rd party plugin or custom code causing that issue so please perform the following troubleshooting steps listed below too.

1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
3. Theme Update
4. Child Theme
5. Disabling Cache
6. Version Compatibility

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following additional information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password

Thanks for your answer.
The both doesn’t work : CF7 element and shortcode.

I change the theme (child theme to Pro theme)… not working
I desactivate unnecessary plugins… that’s work.
I reactivate plugins one by one… that’s work.
Strange!

An issue from the order of plugin activation!?
