I got an automatic email from Wordpress stating:

These themes failed to update:
- Pro (from version 4.1.5 to 4.3.3)

What’s causing this, how can it be resolved?

Thanks for reaching. Please make sure that your Pro theme is validated. Once validated, go to Dashboard > Updates and update the Pro theme.

If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
