Hey there, it seems like our site has a critical error, we disabled all the plugins and reverted to 2025 theme and it was gone
When I reverted back to X Pro, I get the error again, all plugins are currently disabled
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @Stigan,
Thanks for reaching out.
Your website is still showing the Critical Error. It might be due to the PHP version, I would suggest you check the PHP version, and make sure it is 8.0 or above. If not, please ask your Hosting Service provider to update it. If it is already in updated version, I would request you please provide the FTP/CPanel credentials to access the files and investigate it further.
Thanks
I’m having the exact same problem! I have PHP version 8.3. @tristup, can I send you my details to get your help as well?
Hello @GoddessBeginnings,
I would suggest you please create a separate thread and share your admin login and FTP/CPanel credentials so we can check it on our end.
Thanks
Hey there, PHP is on 8.1
I’ve added Cpanel instructions in the secured note
Thanks
Just adding fuel to this fire here, after updating to newest Pro version, critical error as well. I had php 8.1.32 and had to update it to 8.2.28 in order for the site to get back to normal.
Hello @Stigan,
We have applied a special build of the theme on your server to address the issue. Once the official Pro theme version 6.6.5 is released in the next update, we recommend deleting this special build and updating to the latest version. For your reference, please have a look at this doc to learn more about how to manually update the theme.
Thanks
Hello @Kev,
It appears that the issue you’re experiencing may be related to a bug in the latest release. We’ve already reported it to our development team, and a fix is expected in the upcoming update. I recommend the following options: Restore your site to the previous working version, or install the latest stable version of the theme, or if you would prefer, please create a separate support thread and share your WordPress admin login and FTP/cPanel credentials, so we can take a closer look on our end.
Thanks
Thank you for applying the fix, just so I can make a reminder to manually update, do you know when the update will be released
Thanks for your help!
Hey @Stigan,
We do not have an ETA yet. I would recommend that you just check your WP Updates dashbord from time to time. Normally we roll out release update on Mondays.
Thanks.
ok sounds good, thank you
