There are two grids on my Shop page

Two different grids are showing on my Shop page listing the same items. I would like the first grid to remain and remove the bottom grid.

Also, the Shop page has disappeared from X > Theme Options > Content although it is listed in Dashboard > Pages.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your shop page and I see that page has it’s own list of products and also essential grid is being added too. Please remove the essential grid from the shop page to show 1 grid of products. If you want to use essential grid then you can create a separate page and add the essential grid in the page. For the other issue please check for the following first:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
