Hi, I just bought a new license for “X” and Theme Forest is only allowing me to download the old version from July. Any idea when I’ll be able download the new one?

The new version is not pushed to the Themeforest yet as we need to make sure it will be completely ok on automatic updates and we release proper maintenance releases.
You can add the purchase key to your themeco dashboard and from the dashboard, you will have an option to download the latest version:
