Themeco X Connection Issues (continuation of closed thread)

I’m experiencing connections issues with Themeco X. Please see my previous thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/themeco-x-and-connection-issues-incompatible-with-wp-multisite/828/7, which was closed for going over 11 days. I now have ftp login details, below.

Looks like your hosting provider is blocking outgoing connections

Response: http_request_failed Error: cURL error 6: name lookup timed out

You should contact them to see how this can be solved.

Hello, I am also experiencing connection issues after submitting my API key in Product Validation.

“Could not establish connection. For assistance, please start by reviewing our article on troubleshooting connection issues.”

I am fairly new with WP so your help would be greatly appreciated.
