Themeco Sections / Templates Missing

Hello, I have noticed across all of my sites that the pre-made sections from themeco are missing, is this deliberate? Or is this just a bug?

Please try it now. I was able to replicate it and after an hour when I tried it back, I saw the templates.

Mine are missing across all the sites I manage - all of them are on WPEngine

Hi @capecodbob,

I would suggest you check if you are using the latest version of Theme. If yes, I would request you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hello sent it, this began sometime in th elast couple of days - this is one of many on WPEngine where all Themeco “sections” and starter templates aree missing

I have checked your website, and it seems that you haven’t selected any page and that is why the Templates are not visible.

I swear that just kicked back in, I was trying in everything - page, post, header and footer. Hope it was just a quick bug

I’m having the same issues with my sites too. I clicked on a page and still don’t see the design cloud templates

This is back now. Clear your system cache if you still don’t see the templates. It should come back automatically. Thanks everybody
