We previously had X theme running with a liscenes. After recent Wordress update, the theme stopped working and required a new code so we purchased one. When I am on the Wordpress dash, it says the following:
This looks like a brand new purchase code that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue.
So then I click to login, login and it has the code on my Themeco account linked, it says:
You are logged in as thelivingtree . Would you like to add the purchase code (editing # out for forum) to this account?
So then I click the Yes button, and then the next page is a complete error!
Oh my. It looks like this page has been lost.
What should I do to get my theme to display properly again and for it to accept the liscenes code I just purchased? Ugh!!
