I purchased the pro license and downloaded the zip file to install the latest version. But when I upload the zip file it does not load properly. I get a message, “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.”
Now what do I do?

Ok, does that mean then if I install and make active it will mess up the formatting of my current pages? I’m assuming yes.
And once I install the new theme, do I then need a page builder plugin or is the page builder already built into the theme?

Ye, If you have another theme currently installed on your WordPress website then the formatting will mess up but if you are upgrading from X to Pro, your page formatting will not mess up. On the other hand, if you installed the Pro theme, you don’t need to install a page builder plugin because Pro has a built-in page builder which is Cornerstone.
