Themeco PRO is stripping out the <form> code from my forms

your off canvass stripps the code from web forms

I have purchased another off canvass product and pro is still stripping
as can be seen in the following examples

click: click me and you will see the form which works as normal
this was created using the normal wordpress editor

however when the exact same form code is used within pro- it doesn’t work

click instant sms quote to see the form and the submit button does not work

tests with the new slide in content creator confirms that PRO is stripping away the form code

(Is this because you have a relationship with 3rd party form suppliers?)

you really need to fix this- your product is stripping away the code from forms - it works everywhere else including X- please keep to wordpress standards please let me know when this is fixed- I have wasted countless hours on pro so far- currently you have damaged my business- please eleveate this to the top tech people because the juniors give poor answers

Your built in off canvass does not work with forms (3 different forms from 3 different creators do not work so please don’t tell me that their code is incorrect)while they all work on other themes including X- I don’t have the time to screw around with BS answers

Ok…

Something is stripping out the tag on output. I even tried adding the form via a hook in Flyouts which is outside the WP admin and it was still stripped out.

I tried a different page with that Flyout enabled and it works there. http://staging1.kidsmagicworld.com.au/test-sms-form/

Looks like something on the kids magician page is stripping out the form tag.

the above is from the 3rd party plugin creator- even with hooks your pro is stripping things away- thats bad creation

sorry to be negative but I feel mislead and the current support has been dreadful

I am conducting my own tests at the moment- no need to test right now- I will reply after my tests have been done.

I have paid someone to make it work with another plugin so you can cancel this ticket
