I have a client that would like to use the “Auto” template for Themeco pro. https://demo.theme.co/auto/ - We have purchased the license. I selected the auto template and requested to download the auto template and I am getting an error: “We are sorry, the demo failed to finish importing” - This is a brand new account. I am using WPEngine as the host. Looking for suggestions on how to get this template loaded to wordpress themeco pro account. Is there a zip file I can load instead???

Thanks for reaching out. This is a known issue with the previous version of Pro. The release we just pushed out today (Pro 5.0.0) has corrected this problem.
