Themeco license white screen wordpress

I am new to all of this so please bare with me. I am trying to fix my white page on wordpress and they’re telling me I need to link my cornerstone license to themeco (which I’ve already done in the past) but now im having trouble re-doing it.

– WordPress Admin username/password
